What You'll Do
- Present bathroom remodeling solutions to qualified homeowners in their homes
- Close sales on the first visit using our proven One-Call Close methodology
- Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage your schedule to maximize earnings and results
- Transform homes and lives with high-quality, affordable bathroom renovations
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years in-home sales experience (one-call close strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized with strong time management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Saturday availability as needed
Preferred:
- Home improvement or bathroom remodeling sales experience
- Experience with consultative selling approaches
